Karachi violence claims 5 more lives

KARACHI: Five more persons were killed on Tuesday in the fresh firing incidents in Karachi.

Armed suspects opened fire on a vehicle from four directions near Hasan Square. Resultantly, the vehicle hit to a wall of a coaching centre after driver lost control over it. Two men identified as Aman Ullah (40) and Ikhlas (30). Declaring the incident as target killing, police started investigations. Police told that deceased men were in transport business.
In another incident, armed men shot dead Amjad, brother of a political activist in PIB Colony. Police removed the dead body to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital after performing necessary procedures.
A man was shot dead by armed men near marble factory in Orangi Town, Sector-4.
At least six persons were killed in different areas of Karachi including Ahmed Waqas was killed on resistance and two were injured by the motorcyclist dacoits in North Nazimabad Block-D, two rucksack dead bodies were found near Sports Complex in the remit of Yousaf Plaza Police Station, a young lad Sehr Mehdi was shot dead in Ummar Yasir Society Malir and a young child was shot dead whereas two persons received bullet injuries in Qasba Colony Bazar the previous day.
