Gilani vows to serve masses until enjoys support of parliament; says PML-N should quit assemblies for holding long march


Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that the government still has not taken final decision regarding reopening of NATO supply, adding that Supreme Court has not disqualified him in contempt court case, adding he will continue serving country until he enjoys support of parliament.

US links CSF to Pak with resumption with Nato supply


The US Congress has linked provision of Coalition Support Fund money (CSF) to Pakistan with the re-opening of NATO supply routes. The US Congress went to vote on the House Resolution 4310, known as the National Defense Authorization Bill 2013, and passed the amendments relating to additional limitations on Pakistan’s security assistance with overwhelming majority; 412 votes were casted in favor of amendment and only one vote came against it. 

Violence claim 17 more lives in Karachi


At least 17 people have been killed in different incidents of violence here in Karachi on Friday.
