Missing persons produced before SC; court handed over them to CS KPK

The secret agencies have produced seven detainees before the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday while SC has ordered to constitute medical board of top most doctors of Khyber Pahtoonkhaw for medical examining the health of seven men allegedly held by the intelligence services. Supreme Court indicts PM Gilani in contempt case

ISLAMABAD: A seven-member of the Supreme Court Monday framed formal charges of contempt against Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani over failure to reopen graft cases agaisnt President asif Ali Zardrai.
The apex court adjourned the case till February 22.
