KARACHI: Clash between two groups of Qasba Colony’s Gulfamabad, Pir
Bukhari Colony, Qasba more, Aligarh Colony and environs have resulted
in killings of 3 persons while two have been reported as injured.
Panic
and fear griped the entire area, and all businesses were closed. Both
groups have been reported to have taken entrenched positions, which
have caused people to remain confined to their homes.
There are reports of intermittent firing in the area, while some elements have said to have torched a truck as well.
Among
those killed included an MQM activist Nauman, a fruit vendor Dervish,
and Shahid; while a 10-year old girl Saania was injured.
Meanwhile unknown persons in Gulshan-e-Hadeed and Malir Ansoo Goth have reportedly injured two persons with their firing. Online
