Security man killed, 7 injured in Afghan force’s shelling

WANA: At least one security personnel embraced martyrdom while seven sustained injuries when Afghan forces opened shelling here in South Waziristan on Tuesday.

According to media reports, the Afghan forces fired 25 mortar shells from Ghazni, which hit Angoor Adda, area of South Waziristan. One of the mortar shells hit the security check post killing a security man while seven other sustained injuries.
It is relevant to mention that Afghan forces have intruded the Pakistani territory several time and Pakistan have called the Afghan Ambassador to record protest against the incursion by the Afghan Forces but shelling has not yet been stopped.
On the other hand vehicle of WFO was going to South Waziristan, when some unknown militants targeted the vehicle with remote control bomb killing one-security personnel while injuring three security men. The injured have been shifted to the hospital.
According to government sources some militants blew up two primary schools in tehsil Bara but luckily no loss of life was reported.
It is relevant to mention here that the militants have blown up 55 schools in Khyber Agency. Online
