Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to elect Mian Muhammad
Nawaz Sharif once again as president of the party during the central
working committee meeting scheduled to be held on 27th of this month.
The decision was taken in a meeting held at Punjab House in which
Khawaja Saad Rafique,
Pervaiz Rasheed, Raja Zafarul Haq, Sartaj Aziz,
Chaudhry Jaffar Iqbal Gujjar, Ahsan Iqbal, Iqbal Zaffar Jhagra, Dr
Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and others participated.
The meeting also took account for the arrangements of the CEC
meeting of the party and finalized the arrangements of the CEC meeting.
The sources revealed that the party had decided to elect Mian Nawaz
Sharif as president of the party once again. In this regard, a special
meeting would be held on July 27 at the Convention Centre in Islamabad.
It is expected that the election of the president and office-bearers of the party would be held unanimously. SANA
