DNA samples collected at Osama bin Laden's compound

A doctor suspected of helping the CIA track down Osama bin Laden, has been arrested in Pakistan, according to a senior Pakistani security official.

Britain's Guardian newspaper said the doctor is suspected of being a part of a fake vaccination program that helped the CIA collect DNA samples from people who lived in bin Laden's compound.

The goal was reportedly to gather evidence the bin Laden family was in the house.

The al Qaeda leader was shot and killed back in May during a U.S. led raid, which the Pakistani government was not informed of. CNN
