A suspected person involved in the alleged planning of killing of
Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif has been arrested from Tonsa
Sharif sub-district of DG Khan; meanwhile the police have shifted the
suspected person at undisclosed location for further investigations.
According to the private TV channel the police sources said that the
law and enforcement agencies have arrested a suspected person Tanvir
from Retra area of Taunsa Sharif and have been shifted at undisclosed
location for further investigations.
According to the sources the suspected person was planning murder of
chief minister Punjab on 24th of this month as the later is scheduled
to visit DG Khan.
The suspected was traced through phone call; meanwhile the local
administration said that the chief minister is scheduled to inaugurate
the model village for the flood-affectees on 24th of September. SANA
