ATC accept plea against confiscation of Musharraf property

Anti-Terrorist Court has accepted a plea against the expropriation of Musharraf’s property on Monday filed by Sehba Musharraf, wife of Pervaiz Musharraf.

The court has accepted the plea praying for the reversal of the decision for hearing.
The Judge of Special Anti-Terrorist Court Syed Pervez Ali Shah has sought the report from FIA and putt off the hearing to September 26.
It is worth mentioning here that the ATC was directed the to seize the property of Pervaiz Musharraf on August 27, 2011 including bank accounts, and other property situated on different places in country.
Sehba Musharraf has filed petition through her counsel Nayab Gardezi.
In another case, the court has indicted three over attack on NATO oil tankers.
The accused have pleaded innocence and the case was adjourned to September 27. The accused Ali Imran and others have been charged with attacking the tankers in Talagang, Fateh Jang, Sihala, Tarnol and Pindi Gheb. SANA
