During the last 24 hours Services Hospital has conducted nearly 1000 CBS tests for the preliminary treatment of the dengue virus and after the tests only eight patients plate let were found less than requirement.
Medical Superintendent Services Hospital Dr Muhammad Javed has said
to decrease the fear of dengue favour from the minds of the masses two
latest machines have been installed in the hospital, adding that with
the help of these machines the plate let tests could be done in three
to five minutes.
He said that every favour is not dengue favour and the masses
instead of fear should ensure the spray on the water present around
their homes in gross and trees so that the upbringing of the mosquitoes
could completely be stopped.
Dr Javed said that in the result of the instructions of the Punjab
government the free of cost treatment is being provided to the patients
of dengue favour.
He said that for the timely provision of the reports to the patients
the holidays of laboratory, nurses and paramedical staff has been
stopped, adding that for the guidance of the masses employees would be
present on the counter set up at the accident department of the
hospital for 24 hours.
Talking to the patients and their relatives Dr Javed said that the
dengue mosquitoes were invented in 1775 in Africa and it was called the
mosquito of the new world.
He said that the dengue favour catches somebody in the result of the
biting of specific kind of mosquito, adding that the favour which is
appeared in some body is called high favour, adding that intensity of
this favour remains from 103 to 105 temperature.
He said that the patent feels weakness in this favour, adding that
in the result of prolonging the disease there is chances of brain
hemorrhage in the patient.
He said that the blood also starting coming from the nose and ear of
the patient, adding that in some cases allergy and aching and red spots
also appeared on the body of the patient.
He said that if the intensity of the favour is not decreased in the
24 hours the patent should contact with nearby government hospital or
health centre, adding that in the result of the time treatment the
patent fully recovered from the disease.
He said that the patents should use good diet and also take juice, soup and milk during the disease. SANA
