QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) has declared NAB convicted senator Muhammad Ali Rind disqualified.
Akram
Baloch of National Party had filed constitutional petition against
senator Muhammad Ali Rind and it was pursued by Nadir Chalakri
advocate.
A division bench of BHC comprising Chief Justice BHC Qazi Faiz Essa and Justice Tahira Safdar took up the case for hearing.
The
court directed the competent authority to take action under relevant
rules against Senator Muhammad Ali Rind for not mentioning in election
form the punishment awarded to him by NAB.
The court also directed to with draw all the perks and amount paid to him during senatorship. Online
