Federal Minister for Law and Justice Maula Bukhsh Chandio has said that to take decision of Karachi search
operation for the democratic government was not so easy, adding that
the Sindh government step has full backing of the masses.
Talking to media persons at parliament house after participating in
the Senate Standing Committee on Privileges, Maula Bukhsh Chandio said
that the government is facing no difficulties regarding the judiciary,
adding that the judiciary is announcing verdicts independently.
He said that the summoning of officials of some institutions shows
the acknowledgement of the authority of that institution, adding that
the judiciary is making good decisions.
He said that it was the desire of the whole nation to conduct
operation in Karachi, which has been respected by the government,
although it was not so much easy for government to take this decision.
He said that this is good omen that no institution intends to derail
the democratic system, adding that all the institutions are in favour
of democratic system in the country. SANA
