Karachi police in the light of instructions of Sindh Home Minister Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza have finalized an actionable police plan for the arrest of criminal elements in Karachi and in this regard town-based lists of street crimes, registered cases and extortion complaints have also been prepared.The police plan contains details of all past cases, investigation progress of registered cases and modus operandi of criminals. Deployment of cops and plainclothes in the affected areas is being ensured so that to arrest the criminals and their patrons. These actions would be taken under the townpolicing plan under the SPs of concerned areas.It may be recalled that in a recent meeting home minister has ordered police to take decisive action against criminal and anti-social elements.
