Khosa rules out rift between Centre, Punjab on Raymond case

Rawalpindi - Governor Punjab Latif Khosa has said that there is no policy conflictbetween Provincial and Federal Government on issue of Raymond Davis as well as on arrest of Gen ® Pervaiz Musharraf, both cases would be dealt according to law and constitution by holding transparent court proceedings.

    Talking to media in a ceremony held at Fatima Jinnah Women University in connection with Golden Jubilee of International Women Day, here on Tuesday. Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Women University, Dr. Saeeda Asad Ullah, was also present on the occasion.
       Governor said that the court issued the arrest warrant of former president Pervez Musharraf and action would be taken as per law. He said that there was no dispute between the federal government andPunjab government on issue of US national Raymond Davis and the court would decide about it.
     He said that the car used in the assassination of interior affairs minister Shahbaz Bhatti has been recovered and few suspects have also been arrested.
      Khosa said that Punjab government had taken stern action against  mismanagement in the educational board. The governor also recorded his message on FM radio of the university.
