Bugti case: BHC concern over non writing of letter to Interpol to arrest accused

QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC) has sought replies from federal and provincial government for not writing the letters to Interpol to arrest the accused persons in Akbar Bugti murder case.

A 2-member bench of BHC comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Essa and Justice Hashim Kakar took up Akbar Bugti murder case for hearing Wednesday.
The court expressed displeasure over non writing of letters by federal and provincial government to Interpol to arrest Pervez Musharraf, former governor Balochistan, former chief minister and former interior minister even after two years of registration of murder case against them.
The court remarked “ if court orders have not to be complied with then we should be told, we will adopt some other way”.
Chief Justice asked the Deputy Attorney General if he was helpless then he should resign. Online
