BHC CJ says if dacoits are brought back from than why no Musharraf

Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Qazi Muhammad Faiz Essa in his remarks during the Nawab Akbar Bugti killing case said that if Attorney General is helpless to follow the orders of the court then he should resign from the post, adding that if the dacoits were brought back from Dubai, then why not Musharraf could be brought back into country.

A two member bench of Balochistan High Court headed by Justice Qazi Muhammad Faiz Essa and comprising of Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar conducted the hearing of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti murder case here on Wednesday.
The court asked why the federal government cannot has not written letter to foreign countries for hand over of accused involved in the Nawab Bugti killing, adding that if the government is not willing to follow the instructions of court they should inform court clearly, so court could chose another way.
The Deputy Attorney General Malik Sikander Advocate presented a letter of federal government before the court which was written by a section office; meanwhile the letter demanded English copy of the FIR and asked how much punishment would be expected in Article 302.
Chief justice remarked that we ordered interior secretary and it is his responsibility to submit the reply.
He said if the government is not cooperating with us regarding the case then the court would summon the attorney general and interior secretary to present before the court.
He said that we cannot put any condition to arrest the accused persons, adding that the deputy attorney general presenting wrong facts in front of court.
He said that the government is only submitting documents and wasting the time of court.
On the other hand, Nawabzada Jamil Bugti after the hearing in an interview with a private TV channel said that the government is not sincere to arrest the accused persons and no hope of sincerity from the government is expected in future also.
He said that it is possible that somebody put atom bomb at my home by making my family hostage, adding that these are tactics of old ages.
He said that we are consulting with lawyers regarding the raid searching of houses, adding that we would contact the courts regarding the illegal searching of houses.
It is worth mentioning here that the son of Nawab Akbar Bugti, Nawabzada Jamil Bugti registered plea in Balochistan High Court in 2009 for the registration of the FIR of Nawab Akbar Bugti, responding to which the court ordered to register a murder case against Former President General Pervez Musharraf, Former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, Former Governor Awais Ghani, Former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao, Former Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Muhammad Yusuf, Provincial Interior Minister Shoaib Nosherwani and others.
