Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has appointed Mr. Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, retired Judge Supreme Court of Pakistan as Chairman Competition Appellate Tribunal. The Prime Minister has also approved the Constitution of the Competition Appellate Tribunal in terms of section 43 of Competition Act, 2010. APP
