CCA presents air blue plane cash report to govt

The Safety Investigation Board of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has completed the inquiry report of the Air Blue plane crash and submitted it to the federal government.

According to a private TV channel the officials of CAA said that the
the probe on the crash has inquired into all aspects of the crash indicating the “human error” as likely cause of the crash in which 152 people onboard the airliner lost their lives, meanwhile the report has also been dispatched to the Airbus Company and the International Civil Aviation Organization. 
According to the sources the investigation team has pointed out human error for the air plane crash in the result of the record collected from black box, voice recorder and other things.
Meanwhile; the Prime Minister has summoned a meeting over the Air Blue crash report. The officials of the defense ministry and DG Civil Aviation Authority and other concerned officials would give briefing to the Prime minister regarding the repot, after which it would be decided when the report could be made public.
According to another TV channel the report took into account the possibility of collision with a bird, human error and terrorism.
The report has been prepared by the team of experts from Pakistan, France, Germany and other countries of the world.
It is worth mentioning here that it has been one year since the horrific crash and yet the reason behind it is not known. The families of the victims are still seeking answers and the death of their loved ones still remains a mystery. SANA
