Karachi back to normalcy after MQM’s day of mourning

KARACHI: Shops, markets and petrol pumps of the city are being opened after a day’s closure due to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) day of mourning on Tuesday.

Due to the mourning day by the MQM, the city remained deserted and without routine activities.
The traders’ community announced earlier that the markets will be opened after 5pm. So now shops and markets are being opened and life is coming to its normal gradually. The MQM observed the day of mourning against increasing violence in the city. Online
