Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted three benches for upcoming week for the hearing of cases and two are for Islamabad and one bench would hear the cases in Karachi.
The first Bench has consisted on Justice Tasaduq Hussain Jillani and
Justice Khilji Aarif Hussain constituted under the supervision of Chief
Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and this bench would hear the cases
on Monday.
The bench would hear the Imran khan filed case of “casting of fake
votes” against on the election commission; another case would be on
“the purchasing of the material of Hawawe Technology to make Islamabad
and Peshawar safe cities” and another case be heard on “cutting of the
trees in Lahore”, which is suo moto case by the court.
On Tuesday it will hear the case “contempt of court against PPP’s
members Sherjil Mammon and Taj Haider”, it also hears the case of
“community against closing of Schools”.
Supreme Court’s second bench is consisting on Justice Javed Iqbal and Justice Mian Shakir Allah Jan.
Supreme Court’s third bench for Karachi is consisting on Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Ghulam Rabbani. SANA
