Gilani should explain Pak-America strategic relations: Maulana Fazalur Rehman

DERA ISMAIL KHAN : Amir Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani should explain the strategic relations between Pakistan and America, adding that these relations provides the courage to America to violate Pakistan’s air boundary.

According to party media cell, talking to a journalist from Saudi Arabia Fazlur Rehman said that if criminal silence was not adopted on drone attacks then America did not get a chance for operation in Abbottabad.
He said that government has forgotten the method to record the official protest, adding that after the operation stern and courageous protest was needed. He condemned the drone attacks in North Waziristan and asked that; instead of the fact the innocent people lost their lives in these attacks, adding that it is right time to review foreign policy.
He said that prime minister told the people about the end of ISI and CIA intelligence relations but why not explaining the strategic relations between Pakistan and America. He said that masses should be informed about the agreement that Americans are using air and land resources of Pakistan.
He said that prime minister and interior minister are different from each other in their statements. He said that Abbottabad operation worried the whole nation and everybody is worried about the sovereignty of the country. He said that wrong policies of the government are the reason behind foreign operations in the country, adding that if policies are made according to resolution of parliament then these days did not come in our country history.
He said that rulers should think that how negatively America responds with an ally and if internal and external policies are changed on the desire of people representative then this worst situation we can avoid it. He said that recent Abbottabad proved that America did not respect Pakistan’s borders but America works for own interests. SANA
