Drone attacks should be halted: Rehman Malik

KARACHI : Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has called for a halt to drone attacks inside Pakistan. Malik said it is voice of 180 million Pakistanis.

Talking to media at Karachi Airport Malik said we all including the world community have to fight the threat of terrorism jointly. He asked US to respect the Pakistan sovereignty and integrity and should stop the drone strikes inside Pakistan.
He said ISI briefing to the joint sitting of the Parliament has cleared it of all allegations and concerns regarding its role in the US operation on May 02.
Federal Minister praised the role of ISI saying it has done great service against al-Qaeda and war against terrorism.
Malik said it has proved to the world that we are united and no action against national stability and sovereignty would be tolerated in the future.
Malik talking to media after his visit to Saudi Consulate said attack on Consulate is a conspiracy to end Pak-Saudi relations. He said we have planned new security plan for Consulates which is being implemented. SANA
