A local court Monday here extended the judicial remand of the detained US national, arrested on charges of overstay on Pakistani visa, till March 18.
The court headed by Qudratullah Marwat extended the judicial remanddue to non availability of the record. The decision on bail application of the US national is pending before the court of Additional Session Judge Altaf ur Rehman
Aaron Mark DeHaven was arrested last month from a residential area inPeshawar. The court had earlier rejected his bail application.
The visa of the US national had expired in October 2010. Reports saidhe is working for security contractor Catalyst Services, providing security and accommodation to foreigners working on developmentprojects.
