Government of Sindh has imposed ban onholding of marriage and other functions beyond 12 midnight all overthe province with immediate effect.
An official statement here on Monday said that in pursuance ofSection 195 (1) (a) Cr. P.C all the SHOs of Police Stations in Sindhprovince have been authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr. P.C against the owners of premises e.g. marriage halls, lawns, hotels and other establishments where such functions are held without proper prior permission from the Home Department.
