ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said on Friday that
resolution of problems is only possible through dialogue while all
democratic powers should respect the decision of Kashmiri people as
they have elected PPP in general polls.
The Prime Minister was
talking to Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, Minister for Kashmir Affairs and
Gilgit-Baltistan who called on him at the PM’s House on Friday.
Prime
Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that cooperation and
reconciliatory politics will be pursued in Azad Jammu & Kashmir in
the post election period as well. He directed that all his
announcements made during visit to Neelum Valley last year should be
implemented without delay.
The Minister appreciated the
leadership qualities of the Prime Minister and said that the recent
electoral win in Kashmir is result of the Prime Minister’s sagacity and
political acumen. He also discussed matters relating to
Gilgit-Baltistan Council.
Sources told this news agency that
Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that process of politics of
reconciliation would be continued in Azad Kashmir. HE further said that
all political parties should acknowledge that the Kashmiri people have
elected PPP in general polls.
