At least 11 terrorists were killed and others injured during security forces operation in Kalaya and Para-Chanar areas of the agency.
According to sources, security forces have been conducting operation
against terrorists in Kurram agency. During operation, eleven
terrorists were killed and seven others injured in heavy down pouring
of security forces on the suspected hideouts of the terrorists.
However, security forces have cleared four main areas from the terrorists.
Since from last four days, security forces operation against the
terrorists at central Kurram agency is continued and forces have
cleared Gharah Super Gate, Poogi and Korat areas form the hands of
terrorists.
During operation, at least five security personnel have been martyred and more than 50 terrorists have been killed.
However, at least 6000 families have been migrated from the area in
the result of the forces operation, for which refugee camp has been set
up in Durrani area of the Kurram Agency. SANA
