Government of Pakistan has rejected Admiral Michel Mullen statement on Saleem Shahzad murder case.
Pakistani government spokesman stated that American military force
leader Admiral Michel Mullen statement is completely irresponsible;
however, such statement could not be helpful in the investigation of
the matter.
Pakistan official added that free, autonomous and independent
Commission on Saleem Shahzad murder case has already been formulated.
However, Commission has been investigating case officially. In which,
commission has already appealed to masses for help, if anyone have
de-facto information related to Saleem case he should appear before the
commission, adding that anyone who gives statement without any
evidence, than would be considered as effort to influence the
proceedings of the commission.
However spokesman further said that some powers are trying to malign
Pakistan, by using this matter, adding that government could only
condemn these efforts. SANA
