Prof. Khurshid sounds Gilani on US Embassy’s ‘obnoxious activities’

Naib Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Senator Prof. Khurshid Ahmad in his letter addressed to the Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, has condemned in strongest terms the shocking report about the US Embassy function to honour the gay and lesbians in Islamabad.

“A bunch of Pakistanis were especially invited to the ceremony obviously to glamourize these develish traits to which even the Western society is generally averse”, he pointed out. “Such obnoxious activities constitute a cultural terrorism and ideological attack on Pakistani society and its religious and cultural moorings”, Prof. Khurshid stressed.
“Since when foreign missions have been given the liberty to impose their perverted values on our society? “, he asked the Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Prof. Khurshid requested the Prime Minister to take serious notice of this moral and cultural attack on Pakistan and its society
Prof khurshid Ahmad has also submitted adjournment motion in the Senate against above issue. SANA
