ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari greeted over the appointment
of Hina Rabbani Khar as the new Foreign Minster and he hoped that she
will play pivotal role to enhance Pakistan’s relations and image among
the international community.
The president in his message of
congratulations to Ms Hina Rabbani Khar, said that the appointment of
Hina Rabbani Khar as the new Foreign Minster ahead of Pakistan - India
ministerial meeting to be held in New Delhi on July 26 to 27.
President
Zardari maintained that we are proud on Hina Rabbani Khar as the first
woman foreign minister and the youngest among all the former foreign
ministers.
It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan Peoples
Party (PPP) has credit in the Muslim World as the first woman Prime
Minister Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was belonged to PPP while the
first Speaker National Assembly Dr. Fehmida Mira and Foreign Minster
Hina Rabbani Khar also belong to the PPP. Online
