Governor Sindh Ishrat ul Ebad called on President Asif Ali Zardari here in Bilawal House late Tuesday night.
The
President welcomed Governor Ebad to resume his duties as Governor Sindh
and expressed the hope that it will boost reconciliation efforts,
promote harmony and auger well for political stability and peace in the
province. Spokesperson
to the President Farhatullah Babar quoted the President as saying said
that the province and the country have too many and too serious
challenges that could be overcome only by all political forces joining
hands. The
President also appreciated the MQM chief Altaf Hussain for asking Ebad
to resume his duties. Governor Ebad thanked President Zardari for the
trust reposed in him. APP
