Miscreants kidnap two truck drivers, transporters warn government of strike

QUETTA: Some unknown people kidnapped two truck drivers form the area of Bakhtiarabad on which transporters threatened the government for wheel jam strike against the incident.

The kidnappers took away two drivers namely Hafiz Shahzad Anwar and Munir Ahmed with them to clandestine location. The both hostages belonged to Punjab. The local administration and police have started their search.
On the other hand President Baluchistan Goods Truck Owners Association , Haji Noor Muhammad Shahwani and Secretary General Soorat Khan Kakar expressed their reaction on the kidnapping by giving threats to the government that they would observe complete wheel jam strike if their cohorts would not be retrieved back with shortest span of time. .
They said that the incidents of abductions of transporters and commuters on highways has been increased and police has completely failed to trace out the culprits behind these kidnappings.
They said that the panic and anxiety among transporters is on rise and the high ups and law enforcers have become silent spectators over the situation. They said that the government is responsible to force them to go on strike. Online
