Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh the Judge of Sindh High Court refused to heard the
case of Muhajir Qaumi Movement (Haqqiqi) chief Afaq Ahmad.
The lawyer
of Afaq Ahmad requested inquired from the Judge that why he refused to
hear this case, upon this Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh said that the Court
is not bound to inform anyone about the reason.
It is worth mentioning here that Justice Athar Saeed had also
refused to hear the case of Afaq Ahmad; meanwhile Justice Tufail H
Ibrahim resigned during the hearing of cases of Afaq Ahmad.
Afaq Ahmad submitted the plea in the Court that the cases, which
were registered against him during the arrest, are fake and baseless so
these cases should be declared null and void. SANA
