Meeting decides for compensation of losses caused in Karachi violence

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Awami National Party (ANP) at a joint meeting held with Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan in chair decided to compensate the losses suffered by various welfare organisations including Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF), during recent violence in the city. 
The meeting which was held at Sindh Governor House here on Monday also strongly condemned the violent incidents in Malir and other areas, said a statement.
The meeting also expressed sorrow and condoled with the bereaved families on deaths of their loved-ones in the violence.
It decided that the losses caused in these incidents would be compensated.
The participants agreed to expand the Coordination Committee at DIGs level to augment the efforts to establish tranquil environment in the metropolis.
The meeting also appealed  to the masses to fully cooperate in efforts for unity and solidarity.
Sindh Minister for Home Affairs, Manzoor Hussain Wassan, the Acting Director General, Rangers Sindh and IGP Sindh Wajid Ali Durrani were also present at the meeting. APP
