Pakistan-NATO officials to probe Admi Kot incident independently

MIRANSHAH/ISLAMABAD: The high officials of Pakistan army and NATO forces reviewed the details of the Tuesday incident in which NATO choppers allegedly violated the Pakistani airspace and injured two FC personnel.

According to details a flag meeting was held on Wednesday in which the commanders from the two sides presented their viewpoint.
According to the military sources the Pakistani officials were of the view in the meeting that NATO helicopters violated the airspace and fired shots on the Pakistani check post in Admi Kot area of Miranshah. While in reply, the NATO officials expressed their stance saying that they did not violated the airspace and fires firstly were shot from the Pakistani side.
The two commanders were agreed to take the independent inquiries and will bring the responsible persons out.
It is pertinent to mention here that the two personnel of security forces were reportedly killed in the firing of NATO choppers on which Pakistan army lodged severe protest. Online
