RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani visited Artillery Centre Attock on Wednesday.
His
visit was in the backdrop of Artillery Commanding Officers’ Conference.
The conference is a formal event aimed at improving the regimental and
professional aspects within artillery units, says a press statement.
COAS interacted with the commanding officers and advised them to inculcate pride and professionalism in soldiers.
He
also visited the training and administrative facilities for recruits.
He expressed his satisfaction over the standards of training and
administration.
Earlier on arrival at Attock COAS was received
by Lieutenant General Salim Nawaz, Inspector General of Armaments and
