Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan has been declared a proclaimed offender by the anti-terrorism court (ATC) here on Saturday.
The court has also accepted bail of thirteen policemen who were
arrested in this case including SP Dr Nadeem and SHO Fayyaz Tanoli.
According to the Inspector General of Police Islamabad Binyamin, Anjum Aqeel was declared proclaimed offender by the court of civil judge.

Meanwhile the applications of bail pleas of the arrested police
officials were submitted in local court of Islamabad, which were
accepted on depositing surety bonds of fifty thousand rupees.
On the other hand the police teams are conducting raids for the
arrest of Anjum Aqeel and Interior Minister Rehman Malik himself is
monitoring the whole situation.
On Friday allegedly PMN-L activists and supporters of arrested MNA,
Anjum Aqeel Khan, attacked the Shalimar police station in F-10/2 and
managed to secure the release of the MNA after a clash with the police. SANA
