ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has stopped party leaders from
issuing statements against Sindh former Senior Minister Zulfiqar Ali
Mirza.
According to reports, upon his return from foreign trip
President Asif Ali Zardari had a consultation session with his close
aides and party leaders in which political situation of the country was
discussed.
During the meeting it was told that opposition is
plotting conspiracies against the government while MQM is also unhappy
with the government and under such circumstances it does not seem
appropriate to give out statements against fellow party leaders.
It was decided in the meeting that if such practice was carried out than it could face disintegration.
It
was also told in reports, that three important personalities have been
given the task to work out a meeting between President and Mirza during
his next visit to Karachi. Online
