Karachi violence claims 3 more lives

KARACHI: At least three persons killed on Tuesday in separate incidents of firing and torture in Karachi.
As per details, Managing Director of Quetta Textile Mills Khalid Iqbal was shot dead at I. I. Chanrigar Road when few armed men tried to rob him off as he was returning from the bank with rupees eight lacs.
Condemning the murder of Khalid Iqbal, Karachi Chamber of Commerce called meeting of Chamber after Eid. President KCCI said that we would plan the future dealings and protest matters in the meeting.
In another incident, Iqbal Hussain was gunned down during a dacoity in the remit of Boat Basin Police Station whereas hand-feet cuffed dead body was found in rucksack from the Old Golimar Khajji Ground situated in the remit of Rizvia Police Station which was removed to the hospital but the dead body is yet to be identified.
