In the meeting of Special Committee of Public Accounts Committee a three
star General exchanged hot words with the Deputy Auditor General. The
Chairperson of Special Committee interfered and resolved the problem.
In the meeting of Special Committee of PAC held in Parliament house
on Monday for reviewing the objections on the accounts of Defence
Ministry and its sub organizations.
In the reviewing of the audit report of Pakistan Ordinance Factory
the Para of 555 million rupees also presented in the Special Committee
about the purchasing of store and machinery.
Chairman of Pakistan Ordnance Factory Lt, Gen, Shujaat Zameer Dar
has shown his anger and said that the committee should have been
informed him earlier about this Para. He said that I am a three start
general and now I am feeling ashamed in from of media because of
unawareness abut this Para.
Upon the statement of Gen, Shujaat Zameer the Deputy Auditor General
said we knew that your organization is famous about its braveness but
your braveness is useless at this form. Yasmeen Rehman said to the
Chairman Pakistan Ordnance Factory Gen. Shujaat Zameer that you should
have not been used such kind of language. SANA
