President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif
has said that the Pakistan would not be allowed to become a failed
state, adding that his party would not allow government to let down the
judiciary, adding that the government never accepted the independence
judiciary.
He said that the PML-N is competing, those, who are not following
the law, adding that PML-N would foil all the efforts of the rulers
aimed at the letting down the judiciary.
This he said while talking to media persons after the meeting of the
parliamentary party of PML-N, which was attended by MNAs and Senators
here at the parliament house here on Monday.
He said that the government has failed completely, the restoration
of Sohail Ahmad as secretary is the failure of the government.
He said that the parliamentarians of the ruling party should take
decisions by listening voice of their instinct and they should not
allow anyone to use them to save his corruption. He said that the
government is moving the country towards critical situation by
borrowing loans from the state bank of Pakistan, adding that without
decreasing corruption and government expenditure the price spiral could
not be controlled.
Mian Nawaz Sharif said that we supported the government for sake of
National interest but the government is not interested to solve the
problems of the country and it is eliminating poor people instead of
poverty. He said that we provided the agenda of clean politics to the
government and if the government implement on it, it would have been
benefited government more than PML-N.
He said that the world considered Pakistan as a failed state, adding
that if we are not interested to solve our own problems how it is
possible that others would solve these problems. He said that due to
load shedding the economy of the country is continuously going towards
downfall.
He said that the government is taking loan of billions of rupees
from State Bank of Pakistan for its luxuries, why it is not reducing
its expanses instead of taking loan.
He said that the Court suspends the person and government appoints
him and the person appointed by the Court is suspended by the
government. He said that the protest of civil officers against making
of Sohail Ahmad as OSD is a good sign.
He said that the civil officers, civil society and masses should
have been recorded their protest on the occasions of the imposition of
martial laws in past, adding that God forbid ever in future any martial
law come in the country.
He said in replying a question that he would not met with any
important personality in Islamabad and I denied any such rumour. He
said that the lawyers have also started raising their voice in the
favor of Judiciary and they started passing resolutions in the bar
rooms.
He said that the corruption reached at trillions and every year the
government is vesting 1500 billion rupees. He said that incompetent
heads of the government corporations should be removed from their
posts, adding that there persons are destroying the Nation. He said
that competent officers should be appointed on those posts.
Meanwhile talking to media upon his arrival at the parliament house
Nawaz Sharif said that the government could not continue ruling country
in the currant situation for a long time. The conflict of the
government with Judiciary is not a good sign, adding that the
government wants to use parliament to save its corruption.
The Central Parliamentary Committee of PML-N has given the authority
to President Mian Nawaz Sharif to take any big decision regarding the
future course of country. The option of resignations form parliament
also discussed during the meeting.
Nawaz questioned what respect government has shown for the decisions
of the parliament, adding that what is the progress of government on
the joint resolution of parliament, about the Abbotabad operation.
He said that the parliament would not be allowed to be used as a
tool of saving the corruption. He said that the parliament is
representative of the whole nation and it is not representative of the
President Zardari or a single person.
It is worth mentioning here Nawaz Sharif chaired the PML-N parliamentary meeting in the parliament house after the 12 years. SANA
