ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued an
official notification for increase in CNG prices by 13.55 percent here
on Sunday.
According to OGRA notification, the CNG prices has been increased by Rs. 10 and now it will be sold on Rs. 66.42 per kg.
The
OGRA notification describes that this latest increase in gas prices
will be implemented on all types of consumers but fertilizers, feed
stocks and Liberty Power have been exempted from it.
After this
latest increase in gas prices, now CNG’s new price in Potohar Region
will be Rs. 66.44 per kg while in Sindh and Punjab it will be sold on
Rs. 63.11 per kg and these new prices have been implemented
immediately.
After Prime Minister’s approval, yesterday a
recommendation was sent to OGRA for issuance of an official
