LAHORE: The President of PML(N) Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said
that the whole nation should make a promise on coming Independence Day
that they would deliver the flag of safe and prosperous Pakistan to
next generation.
This he said in a letter which he wrote to the
newly elected district Presidents of PML(N) in which he instructed them
to celebrate 14 August with zeal and zest as well as grand pomp and
show.
“We have to reiterate the resolve to start journey
towards radiance from the darkness. The power of the nation can perform
a miracle that green Pakistani passport may got value of high esteem
throughout the world”, Sharif added.
He said that while signing
the charter of democracy , no one thought that Pakistan would fell into
dark in which she is drowning deep today. The regime of Asif Zardari
surpassed all the past three PPP government in bad governance.
He
instructed that special prayers may be organized in the mosques on the
night of 13 August after Taraveeh prayers for the prosperity of
Pakistan . Further more they should light on the candles on their
houses and offices during night.
On 14 August the workers
should illuminate the candles at central point of each city to give the
message that the nation will tear away the clouds of darkness and take
the country to the rays of hope. He appealed the nation to hoist the
Pakistani flag on their residence , work place, vehicle, motorbike and
