At least 5 passengers have been killed and 18 got injuries when miscreants opened fire at Quetta Express near Mach city of Balochistan, when train was on its way to Quetta on Sunday.
The rescue teams have reached the site and started to move the patients to hospital for medical treatment.
The incidents of exploding railway tracks have been occurred in
Balochistan but firing shots at running train was a rare occurrence.
The assailants managed to escape from the scene. The dead and wounded
were shifted to nearby hospitals.
According to reports, the train was stopped at Mach Railway Station after the incident. SANA
