KARACHI: Subordinate courts of Karachi have physically remanded four
alleged target killers and two extortionists into police custody.
Extortionists
Ashraf and Aamir were produced in the court of judicial magistrate
Azizullah Khosa, for being caught red-handed while forcing out
extortion money, in Sarjani town jurisdictions.
Meanwhile
notorious target killers Ejaz alias Chootoo, a habitual hardened
criminal involved in dozens of target killings, arrested by police in
Baldia town and Amjad Khan were also produced in court of judicial
magistrate Ishfaq Ahmad Nizami, but their physical remand could not be
produced due to shortage of time.
The relevant investigation officer had informed that the matter would be pursued today Thursday.
Physical
remand of four other alleged target killers arrested by police from
North Nazimabad, including Naeem Jan Mustafa, Shahnawaz and Rafiq ,
indicted in cases of grenade attacks by anti-terrorism courts has been
extended further until 29th August. Online
