Libyan TV says NATO targets telecoms, broadcasters

RABAT  - NATO warplanes have launched airstrikes on telecommunication and broadcasting infrastructure inseveral Libyan cities, state television reported on Wednesday.
    The Al-Libiya channel did not say in its written news flashwhen the attacks took place or give further details.    "Telecommunication infrastructure, and radio and televisionbroadcasting stations in several Libyan cities were subject tobombardment by warplanes of the crusader colonial aggression,"it said.     Western officials say NATO is targeting only militarytargets consistent with the alliance's U.N.-mandated campaign toimpose a no-fly zone and protect Libyan civilians from MuammarGaddafi's forces.
