ISLAMABAD: Public park Shahdarra near Bhara Kahu is in plight
condition, while the security system is poor and the authorities
concerned are keep mum over the situation.

here on Monday the visitors expressed concerns over poor security system
and lack of discipline in Shahdarra Park. The visitors said that the
muggers are roaming freely near the area and several incidents of purse
and mobile snatching have taken place.
The visitors further draw
the attention towards poor facility of parking in the area. Amjad Khan
visitor at the park said that heaps of garbage remain scattered and
causing sting smell at the park.
On this juncture another
visitor Ayesha Khan complained that eatables are being sold at
exorbitant rates at cafeteria. The visitors have demanded of authorities
concerned to take notice of the situation and ensure security system in
