ISLAMABAD: Development work could not be completed in Aabpara bazaar
after lapse of several years, while the Administration is acting as
silent spectator.
The development work could not be completed in
Aabpara bazaar due to negligence of CDA. Incomplete sheds are being
used as garbage dumps, while the sweepers are not cleaning the area
regularly and heaps of garbage are scattered in the market.
The
foundations of several stalls have cracked and the stalls could collapse
anytime. The stallholders said that the cracked foundations and walls
