Govt looting national exchequer: JI Punjab

LAHORE: Jamat-e-Islami(JI) Punjab Monday said that present regime is looting the national exchequer with both hands considering the running time as the last opportunity.

Premier Jamat-e-Islami(JI) Punjab Dr. Syed Waseem Akhter and Secretary General Nazir Ahmed Janjua congratulated party staff and dwellers of Rawalpindi on staging successful protest. They said that revolution is destined to come in Pakistan after Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey and Morocco by paying gratitude to the people. Several JI members came to the Senate and assemblies in different eras but they were never blamed for corruption and politics of plots. JI can provide a better leadership to the nation. Country is approaching bankruptcy on a fast pace. Pakistan is paying Rs. 750 billion on account of debt servicing out of its total revenue Rs. 1558 billion whereas the defence budget expenses of Rs. 441 billion are as par with tying stone with stomach. The profitable institutions led to the verge of bankruptcy due to the corrupt and ineligible administrations. Prices of the day-to-day commodities are skyrocketing.
They added that nation needs solution of their problems. Government showed very poor performance in its four-year tenure. Disagreement with the Supreme Court’s decision is deplorable. Ministers’ army is burden upon national exchequer.
Additionally, they said that government is completely ignorant to troubles nation is in. Skyrocketing prices of petrol, power and gas has made life of the commoners difficult. Online
