ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Friday said special bench would be formed for hearing of the NICL case.

Reports say that Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammmad
Chaudhry said this while conducting hearing of the National Insurance
Corporation Limited (NICL) case.
He said that the commission
formed for investigation of bogus accounts under the supervision of
Justice Ghulam Rabbani could not complete its work, for Justice Gulam
Rabbani got retired from his office before completion of the case.
Chief Justice said that special bench would be formed on November 14 which would hear the NICL case. Online
