ISLAMABAD: Former Chairman to 18th Amendment Implementation
Commission Senator Raza Rabbani on Thursday spoke his heart out after
observing a dangerous trend that might sabotage spirit of the 18th
constitutional amendment.

of the Commission Senator Rabbani expressed that the ministries and the
departments devolved to the provinces were clearly fabricated.
Reservations of Law Ministry and of other organizations are baseless.
Drug Regulatory Authority was passed on to Cabinet Division on the
recommendations of provinces. Prime Minister has the right to decide
whether to entrust it to provinces or capital. Commission worked
honestly. Those who raise fingers at Commission must look at their own
acts.
He added that if Law Ministry and Inter-provincial bond
can’t comprehend the information then this is their own weakness.
